Lebo Moss has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at No5 By Mantis since June 2010. Additionally, since September 2007, Lebo has been the Owner of Tshisa nyama. Previous roles include a long-term position at Mugg & Bean starting in March 2000 and a Supervisor role in food and beverage at Cape Grace Managed by Accor from October 2022 to June 2023. From August 2016 to May 2020, Lebo held the position of Hotel Manager at Mantis Group, with a brief stint as Duty Manager in October 2016. Educational credentials include training at Joy Paramedic Service from 2008 to 2009.
