KMFR Wise is a Doctoral Student at The Johns Hopkins University with a focus on Urban Leadership, expected to complete the EdD program in 2025. With extensive experience in education, KMFR has served as a Substitute Teacher and Reading Specialist at Muhlenberg School District since 2016, and as a Reading Specialist for the U.S. Department of Education since 2007. Previous roles include Classroom Teacher and Behavior Interventionist at Delaware County Intermediate Unit and Delaware College Preparatory Academy, as well as various teaching positions at Columbia Borough School District and Prince George's County Public Schools. KMFR holds a Master of Education from Penn State University, specializing in Reading Specialist Certification, and a Bachelor's Degree from Wittenberg University in Elementary Education and Behavioral Sciences.
