Patricia Cotti has extensive experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, currently serving as the Adjunct Director of Retail Studies at IBEVAR, where responsibilities include market research and stakeholder engagement. In addition to this role, Patricia acts as the Head of Business Modeling at DRIVEN.CX, mentoring teams in business modeling and digital transformation.
