Jen Cahill has an extensive work experience in the field of media and advertising. Jen began their career as an Advertising Sales Assistant at Condé Nast in 2002 and worked there until 2004. Jen then joined MPG, where they held positions as an Assistant Media Planner, Media Planner, and eventually became a Media Planning Supervisor from 2004 to 2011.

In 2011, Jen moved to Media Contacts as a Media Supervisor, where their responsibilities included leading digital strategy, developing and executing plans for Tyson Foods, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Jen worked at Media Contacts until 2012.

In 2012, they joined OMD USA as an Associate Director, Strategy. During their time there, they oversaw strategic planning for clients such as Tourism Australia, ASICS, and XQ. Jen developed and implemented integrated media recommendations, analyzed campaign reports, and optimized performance to exceed client objectives. Jen remained at OMD USA until 2016.

Since 2016, Jen has been working at Mediahub Worldwide, starting as a VP, Associate Media Director and progressing to VP, Media Director in 2021, and subsequently to their current role as VP, Group Media Director. Jen'scontributions at Mediahub Worldwide include leading media teams, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
