Olga Ruiz Mayo

Olga Ruiz Mayo has a robust professional background with extensive experience in claims management and personal coaching. Currently serving as a Supervisor at Multiasistencia since March 2019, Olga has previously held various roles within the company, including handling comprehensive claims processes from 2016 to 2019 and account management from 1999 to 2006. Prior experience includes claims processing at Fidelidade and Preventiva Compañia de Seguros y Reaseguros S.A. from 2013 to 2013 and 2006 to 2013, respectively. Since January 2011, Olga has been a personal coach, having earned a Master's degree in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence through collaboration with the Asociación para el Desarrollo del Coaching y la Inteligencia Emocional and certified by the Asociación Española de Coaching. Educational qualifications include studies at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
