Martina Kinkle

Martina Kinkle is a seasoned interpreter and translator with extensive experience in conference-level simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in Spanish<>English and French>English. Currently serving as a Contract Seminar Interpreter at the U.S. Department of State since January 2016, Martina also works as a Freelance Interpreter for Multicultural Community Service and Interpreter and Translator. Previous roles include Quality Assurance Provider at RR Donnelley Global Turnkey Solutions and Trainee in Conference Interpretation at the Organization of American States. With a strong academic foundation, Martina holds an MA in Conference Interpretation from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor's degree in French & Spanish Language and Literature from The College of Wooster. Additionally, formal training has been pursued through Nantes Université and Universidad de Salamanca. Proficient in using tools such as Trados, Wordfast, and MemoQ, Martina's capabilities extend to legal and medical community interpretation, translation of various documents, and educational support as a tutor.
