Kim Silvestri

Kim Silvestri is the Vice President and General Counsel at Multimatic Inc., a position held since November 2019. Previously, Kim served Magna International Inc. for approximately 15 years in various legal roles, including Associate General Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed leading cross-functional teams in business transactions across multiple continents, advising executive management on strategic issues, and managing the largest international manufacturing group's legal affairs. Prior legal experience includes positions at Bass, Berry & Sims and Smith Lyons. Kim holds a JD in Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and a BA in English and Political Science from Western University.
