Kseniia Ryabova (she/her/hers)

Kseniia Ryabova has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kseniia began their career in 2012 as an HR-generalist at a Veterinary Clinic before transitioning to a role as a Ph.D. Candidate and researcher at the National Aerospace University. In 2014, they joined WEB4PRO as an HR Generalist, where they gained experience in general HR responsibilities. Kseniia then worked as a Technical Recruiter at Source Angel and SoftServe in 2015 and 2016, respectively.

In 2016, Kseniia joined Dev.Pro as a Technical Recruiter and later became a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract). Kseniia played a vital role in driving talent attraction and acquisition strategies, managing a distributed recruiting team, and partnering with hiring managers. Kseniia was then promoted to the role of Technical Recruiting Manager, where they focused on implementing metrics to enhance the effectiveness of the recruiting process and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

In 2019, Kseniia joined Multi Media, LLC as the Head of Talent Acquisition, responsible for overseeing talent acquisition initiatives. Most recently, they joined Volume Media in 2021 as a Talent Advisor, where they leverage their expertise in talent acquisition to advise on talent-related matters.

Throughout their career, Kseniia has demonstrated strong skills in market research, partnering with hiring managers, managing budgets, and promoting employers' brands. Kseniia is experienced in recruiting for technology roles and has a passion for attracting top talents.

Kseniia Ryabova (she/her/hers) has a background in psychology. Kseniia attended the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from 2007 to 2011. Kseniia then pursued further education at the same institution and earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Applied Psychology from 2011 to 2012. Kseniia also started a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Extreme Psychology from 2012 to 2015 but did not graduate.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kseniia has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Kseniia completed the "Talent Strategy: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent" course from Emeritus in June 2023. In May 2023, they also obtained the "LifeLabs Learning L&D Pro" certification from LifeLabs Learning. Prior to that, they completed the "Leadership: innovation, strategy, KPIs and execution" course from Electives in March 2023. Furthermore, they earned the "Recruitment Manager" certification from SocialTalent in December 2022.
