Tracy Waudby

Tracy Waudby has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting from 2021, Tracy currently holds the position of Chief Technology Officer at Volume Media. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2020, Tracy served in various roles at Multi Media, LLC, including Vice President of Billing, Director of Quality Assurance, and QA Manager. From 2012 to 2016, Tracy worked at Greenphire as an IT Manager and Quality Control Analyst. Tracy also worked as a Test Engineer at Development Dimensions International from 2011 to 2012. Additionally, Tracy gained experience as a QA Analyst at CiBER, where they were involved in automated and manual testing of UNIX based processing systems as part of a contract position at Highmark, a large non-profit health insurance company. Tracy's career began with an internship as a Quality Assurance Intern at American Eagle Outfitters from 2009 to 2010.

Tracy Waudby has a strong educational background in the field of information systems. From 2006 to 2010, Tracy attended Carnegie Mellon University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems. Later, from 2017 to 2020, Tracy pursued higher education at Harvard University, earning a Master of Liberal Arts degree in Management Information Systems.

In addition to their formal education, Tracy has also obtained two certifications. In March 2013, Tracy became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance. Additionally, in May 2019, Tracy obtained a certification in Cybersecurity from the Harvard Extension School.
