Itay Niv

Itay Niv has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Itay is currently employed at Sightful as a User Experience Engineer since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Riskified as a Data Visualization Developer from January 2020 to July 2022. Itay also had an extensive freelance career, specializing in UX/UI, Motion Design, and Creative Technology from 2009 to July 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Creative Technologist at New Reality Co. from May 2018 to September 2018, and as a Web + Product Designer at Alooma from April 2016 to August 2017. Itay's previous roles include UX/UI Designer at Compit from September 2014 to November 2015, Motion Designer at Soul Royale from August 2013 to June 2014, and Flame Artist at COPA network New York in May 2012. Itay was also part of the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) exchange student program from January 2012 to May 2012 and served as a Teacher Assistant - After Effects at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design from 2010 to 2012.

Itay Niv pursued higher education, starting in 2009. From 2009 to 2013, they attended the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design and Visual Communications, with a focus on Interactive Design / Motion Design.

In 2012, Itay briefly enrolled at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in IDxA.

In 2017, Itay pursued further education and joined New York University. Itay completed their Master of Professional Studies (M.P.S.) in the field of ITP in 2019.
