Tatjana Burmeistere, CAMS

Tatjana Burmeistere, CAMS, has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Tatjana currently serves as a Financial Analyst at MultiPass since 2023. Previously, they worked as a Finance Team Lead at BTCBIT.NET, a cryptocurrency exchange, from 2022 to 2023 and at MONELIQ Limited, an e-money institution, from 2022 to 2023. In these positions, they were responsible for financial activities, accounting, and reporting, as well as liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities. Prior to that, Tatjana worked as a Senior Accountant at xpate from 2020 to 2022, handling full-cycle accounting and taxation. Tatjana also gained experience as an Accountant at PwC from 2018 to 2020, supporting international businesses with accounting and tax matters. Earlier in their career, they held accounting roles at Tieto Latvia, including Acting Chief Accountant and General Ledger Senior Accountant, from 2013 to 2018. Tatjana started their professional journey as an Assistant Audit Manager at Moore Stephens (Riga) in 2005, where they participated in audit projects and implemented process improvements. Overall, Tatjana has proven expertise in finance, accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance throughout their diverse work experience.

Tatjana Burmeistere, CAMS, has a diverse education history. Tatjana started their educational journey by obtaining a Master's Degree in Finance, General from Banku Augstskola, where they studied from 2002 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Biznesa augstskola Turība, completing their studies between 2010 and 2014.

However, Tatjana Burmeistere's most recent educational endeavor is focused on becoming a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Tatjana is currently enrolled in CAMS and is expected to complete the program in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Tatjana has furthered their knowledge and skills through various certifications. Tatjana has obtained certifications in Accounting Foundations: Internal Controls, Corporate Financial Statement Analysis, Excel Formulas and Functions Quick Tips, Excel: Managing and Analyzing Data, Python for Non-Programmers, and Using Power BI with Excel. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in May 2023.
