Brenda Saldaña

Brenda Saldaña has extensive experience in compliance, legal, and managerial roles. Brenda is currently working as a Compliance Manager at Clip since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Compliance Officer at PAGO46 from June 2022 to July 2023. Before that, Brenda worked as a Compliance and Legal Lead at Vadi Exchange from November 2021 to June 2022. From March 2019 to October 2021, they worked as a Legal and Compliance Manager at 4finance, where they were responsible for various tasks such as modifying the Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Financing of Terrorism compliance manual and designing and implementing a risk-based approach methodology. Brenda also has experience working as an Especialista en manejo de información de procesos at Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores from July 2018 to February 2019. Brenda began their career as an Abogada Jr at QZAbogados from February 2016 to June 2018, where they handled legal matters including tax litigation, drafting demand letters, and writing appeals. Prior to that, Brenda worked as an Asesor legal at Movimiento Ciudad Pro-Mejoramiento Humano, A.C from May 2015 to February 2016, where they provided legal advice and assisted in the organization of social programs.

Brenda Saldaña pursued their education at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México from 2013 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Law (Licenciatu) with a focus on the field of study in Law. In addition to their academic degree, they also received the PLD Certification from the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores in July 2021.
