Michael Adair

Mike possesses extensive experience in IT management and support, currently serving as IT Service Transition Manager and previously in multiple roles including Service Delivery Manager and Manager of IT Technical Support at Multiplex since December 2015. Prior to this, Mike worked at Fujitsu Australia Limited in various capacities including Operations Coordinator for WA/QLD/NT, Team Leader in Desktop Support, and Desktop Support Analyst from November 2008 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes a Service Delivery Officer role at Rio Tinto and a Postal Service Officer position at Australia Post, where Mike led a significant migration project from Windows 98 to Windows XP. Mike holds two Certificate III qualifications from Peel Tafe in Network Administration and Software Applications & Web Design obtained in 2006 and 2004, respectively.
