Irena Gorbunova

Irena Gorbunova has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2019 onwards, they worked at MultiSafepay as an Operations Manager, responsible for internal process assessment, efficiency improvement, change management, and business process transformation. Irena also supervised the operational and financial monitoring of partnerships with major credit card companies.

Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Irena was the Head of Customer Support at OK.RU, a Russian-speaking social network with millions of users. In this role, they oversaw customer support operations and ensured customer satisfaction.

From 2008 to 2010, Irena served as a Human Resources Manager at SIA Forticom, where they were responsible for managing HR activities and implementing HR processes.

Before joining SIA Forticom, Irena worked at CTXM from 2003 to 2008. In this company, they held multiple roles, including HR Manager, Administrative Manager, Office Manager & HR Coordinator, and Personal Assistant to the CEO. Irena managed various HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and salary/bonus systems. Additionally, they handled daily office operations, office supplies, and corporate events.

Irena's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Specialist at Thermosolar Žiar in 2003 and as an Incorporation Specialist at International Legal Services from 2000 to 2002.

Irena Gorbunova began their education in 1998 at Latvijas Universitate, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Irena completed this program in 2002. Following that, they enrolled in Latvijas Universitate again and obtained a Master of Science degree in International Economics from 2002 to 2004.
