Kristine Ayran

Kristine Ayran, M.A. has a strong background in human resources management, business development, training, and organizational development. Kristine is currently the Human Resources Management Head at Multisys Technologies Corporation since September 2019. Prior to this, they were the Head of Business Development at the same company from March 2019 to August 2019. Before joining Multisys Technologies Corporation, they worked as a Training Consultant (Business and Organizational Development) at Guthrie-Jensen Consultants from August 2017 to December 2018. Kristine also has experience as a Training Specialist at SM Retail from October 2016 to August 2017. Additionally, they worked at ManilaMed in various roles, including Officer In Charge of the Culture Management Department (Training & Development), Training and Organizational Development Assistant, and HR Generalist from 2013 to 2016.

Kristine Ayran, M.A. completed their Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science majoring in Organizational and Social Systems Development from De La Salle University. Kristine pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Behavioral Science with Specialization in Organizational and Social Systems Development, also from De La Salle University.
