We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Lead to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of data domains, including data warehouses and data lakes. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing sprint activities, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain constant communication with stakeholders, manage team capacity, and negotiate priorities to ensure focused and achievable sprint goals. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholder concerns and ensure their needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Sprint Activities: Lead daily Scrums, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure all team activities are aligned with agile best practices, and that work is estimated before sprints begin, and sprints are started and completed effectively.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather and analyze team velocity stats, monitor progress, and ensure the team is continuously improving in terms of delivery and predictability. Lead initiatives to enhance team performance and address issues identified during sprint retrospectives.

Required skills and experiences:

  • Proven experience in roles such as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.

  • Solid understanding of data domains, including data warehouses and data lakes.

  • Expertise in Scrum and agile methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Structured approach to problem-solving and project management.

The starting salary is 3600 EUR gross monthly but will be higher if you are a senior candidate. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering your skills and experience.
