We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze lending product portfolio on the credit risk perspective and look for profitable sales opportunities
Support future risk management strategy and products offering with relevant analysis and insights
Conduct projects related to data gathering and data pilots
Document and suggest changes to policy rules and credit scoring strategy
Work with large complex data sources such as financial transactions, credit bureau reports, marketing responses and CRM activity to extract meaning
Suggest and implement improvements to internal reporting systems and KPIs
Proactively provide data-driven insights and custom reports on critical areas of the business
Monitor and manage assumed Credit Losses
Support launch of new products
Partner closely with local data providers
Create Dashboards to enhance Credit Risk Monitoring
Requirements:
Suitable education (BSc/MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Sciences or the equivalent)
3+ years of work experience related to credit risk management for various lending products (credit cards, instalment loans, wallet)
Advanced SQL is a must
Excel and data visualisation skills such as Power BI
Comfort in communicating complex analyses
Understanding and familiarity with credit bureau data
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience in adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered.
Experience in making timely and rational decisions, based on relevant information and experience, backed up by data.

The salary range for this position is €4,500-€5,500 (gross) per month, depending on experience.
