Melissa Rucker

Melissa Rucker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in industrial engineering and project management. Currently serving as Senior Industrial Engineer at Muncie Power Products, Inc. since March 2014, Melissa supervises the Industrial Engineering Department, enhancing various operational functions and managing new facility construction. Previous roles include Project Manager at L-3 Communications, where Melissa led multi-functional teams through program phases, and Manufacturing Engineer positions at Caterpillar Inc. and Premier Staffing, focusing on process improvements and standardization. Earlier career experiences involved engineering roles at Windstream Communications and internships at Southwest Power Pool and NASA. Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, both from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
