Juan Escobar

Juan Escobar has extensive experience in the tourism industry, demonstrated through various roles since 2007. Currently serving as a sales advisor at Mundo Joven Travel Shop since August 2012, responsibilities include customer service, handling phone calls and emails, and creating personalized travel packages. As the founder of Pedaleando Viajes, initiated in January 2012, Juan specializes in organizing bicycle trips for recreational cyclists, encompassing route planning, guiding, cooking, and camping activities. Previous roles include travel advisor at Asatej, where program development encompassed Europe, North America, Oceania, and Africa, and sales advisor at Despegar.com and TeleTech, focusing on travel services and sales for North American clients. Additionally, Juan worked as a runner at The Peaks Resort & Spa, ensuring housekeeping needs were met. Educationally, Juan holds a degree in Tourism and Hospitality from Universidad del Salvador, completed in 2011.
