Polly Williams

Polly Williams is an experienced talent management and development professional currently serving as an Associate Talent Management & Development Partner at Munich Re since April 2020, after progressing through roles as a Talent Management & Development Specialist and Apprentice. Prior to joining Munich Re, Polly worked at Google from August 2019 to April 2020, contributing to the Digital Garage initiative as a Digital Skills Coach and serving as Partnership Sub-Lead, where responsibilities included organizing training events for local organizations. Earlier experience includes managing a luxury chalet as a Chalet Host for TUI and contributing to events at The Goodwood Group.
