Ashley R. Kellahan has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of South Carolina and a Masters in Public Administration from the College of Charleston. With experience as an Assistant City Manager at the City of Abbeville, Senior Budget Analyst at the City of Charleston, Town Administrator at the Town of James Island, and currently serving as Field Services Manager at the Municipal Association of SC.
