Cara Doerfler

Cara Doerfler is a Business Process Owner at the Municipal Employees' Retirement System since April 2008, responsible for the health and effectiveness of processes related to Product Management through Customer Education. This role involves process oversight, analysis, efficiency enhancement, quality control, training, planning, and statistical monitoring of performance.
