Teresa Hermosilla

Teresa Hermosilla is an experienced community development professional, currently serving as Directora de desarrollo comunitario at Municipalidad de la Reina since November 2019, and as an Asesor at Ministerio De Vivienda y Urbanismo since May 2018. Additionally, Teresa has been involved with Ilustre Municipalidad de Viña del Mar since May 2010, working on the Departamento Desarrollo Vecinal, leading the Proyecto Escuela de Formación Comunitaria to train community leaders and facilitate access to social and governmental benefits. Teresa also managed the Programa Municipio en Tu Barrio, overseeing a team of 16 in providing municipal services. Educational qualifications include a Diplomado en Management and a degree in Ingeniería Comercial from Universidad Andres Bello.
