Javier Guajardo Mardones

Javier Guajardo Mardones is an accomplished professional in the fields of geography and territorial analysis, currently serving as the Encargado Unidad SIG at Municipalidad de Renca since August 2022. Additionally, Javier has been a professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since August 2018, teaching various undergraduate courses related to remote sensing and fieldwork. Previous experience includes leadership in real estate studies at Houm, coordination of studies at Centro de Inteligencia Territorial - Design Lab, and extensive teaching assistance roles at the same university. Javier holds a degree in Geography from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, attained in 2016, and has contributed to various projects focusing on spatial analysis and urban planning.
