Granville Anderson serves as the Clarington Deputy Mayor and Regional Councillor for Wards 1 and 2 since November 2022. In addition to this role, Granville operates as a Mediator and Consultant at Anderson Mediation and Consulting Services, providing mediation and negotiation services for personal injury cases across Ontario. Previously, Granville was a Member of Provincial Parliament for Durham from June 2014 to June 2018 and served as Parliamentary Assistant in the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. Granville also held the position of Mediator at Anderson Mediation & Conflict Management from January 2013 to June 2014 and was a Trustee for the Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic District School Board from 2003 to June 2014. Granville holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Windsor and has completed studies at Seneca College and York University.
