Mark Quinn

Mark Quinn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the defense contracting sector. Currently serving as General Superintendent at MCM since January 2020, Mark also operates as the Owner of CES INTL LLC, where expertise is applied in organizing and enhancing capabilities for DOD project markets. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager at CDM Smith, overseeing the F-15 Fleet Modernization Program, and Director of Operations & Business Development at PROCON LLC, where Mark expanded business prospects in the federal contracting market. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned between 1977 and 1982.
