Marcus Mackle MSc, BSc

Marcus Mackle MSc, BSc has a range of work experience in various industries. Marcus started as an Agri-Business Management Assistant at Kilpatrick Holdings Dairy in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Youth Counselor at Forest and Indian Acres Camps before joining NFU Mutual as a Sales & Agency Professional Trainee and later as a CRM Change Specialist, where they were responsible for implementing a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM project. In 2020, Marcus became a Group Secretary at NFU Scotland and a Partner at A Smith & M Mackle (NFU Mutual, Bearsden), where they were one of the youngest partners/agents in the company. In 2022, they became an Account Executive at Denis O. Brown Insurance Brokers, managing a book of existing business. Currently, Marcus is the Head of Sales at Munro Vehicles.

Marcus Mackle holds a Master's degree in Business, which they obtained from Queen's University Belfast in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science at the same university from 2014 to 2017. Before pursuing higher education, Marcus attended St. Patrick's Academy Dungannon from 2007 to 2014. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in November 2020. In October 2018, they also obtained the CII Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute.
