Yanir Mimran

Yanir Mimran is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Customer Support Director at Munters since May 2023, Yanir previously held several key positions at HP, including Pre Sales Solution Manager and EMEA Technical Customer Support Manager, where responsibilities encompassed establishing pre-sales frameworks, managing support teams, and enhancing product performance. With a background in product management and technical support roles across various companies, including ScanMaster Systems and Aprion Digital, Yanir has consistently demonstrated expertise in KPI analysis, customer engagement, and process improvement. Yanir holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Electricity from Ariel University, completed in 1999, and has a foundational leadership experience from service in the Israel Defense Forces.
