Simone Kraan

Simone Kraan has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as a schade service adviseur at Muntstad schadeherstel since October 2015. Previously, Simone worked at Nefkens Opel/ABS Nefkens from January 1988 to December 2012, where responsibilities included roles as a werkplaats/schadereceptioniste, telefoniste, and administratief medewerkster. Key tasks involved managing reception duties for technical workshops and the damage department, handling invoicing, damage claims, and customer relations, as well as overseeing warehouse administration and purchasing of auto parts. Simone has further enhanced expertise through various specialized training courses in schade diagnose of hybrid vehicles, insurance aspects, and Audatex, complemented by education at Blokkerschool and Eemland College Noord.
