Kim Langford has extensive work experience in marketing operations and program management. Kim currently works at Munvo as the Marketing Operations Practice Lead, where they support national and internal organizations in structuring their marketing function to increase marketing ROI, performance, and efficiency. Before Wunderman, Kim had various roles at Aeroplan, including Air Canada Partnership Coordinator, Marketing Operations Coordinator, and Marketing Communications Travel Coordinator. Kim also worked as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at Alliance Spas Relais santé and as a Tourism Development Agent at Société de développement économique de Drummondville.

Kim Langford obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management/Gestion du tourisme from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications such as KPI 101 from The Pedowitz Group, Revenue Marketing Basics from The Pedowitz Group, Google Analytics for Beginners from Google analytics, and Adobe Certified Expert (A.C.E.) (Adobe Campaign) - Certified Business Practitioner from Adobe.
