Agustina Bazzano

Agustina Bazzano has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Agustina is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Mural since May 2021. Previously, they worked at Adtomic as a Product & Delivery Manager from November 2020 to May 2021, where they managed product roadmaps, made data-oriented decisions, and handled user feedback and product metrics management. Prior to that, they worked at Devsar as a Product Owner / Project Manager from February 2020 to November 2020, where they handled internal software tools, acted as a link between clients and tech teams, and proposed improvements for team and project management.

From March 2018 to July 2019, they worked at uBiome as a Product & Delivery Manager, collaborating with the Product Manager in roadmap definition and prioritization, conducting end user interviews, and creating wireframes/prototypes for user testing.

Before that, they had a long tenure at Flux IT, where they held multiple roles. From April 2014 to March 2018, they worked as a Team Leader / Product Owner, managing multiple cross-functional projects, building and managing product backlogs, and conducting user research. Agustina also worked as an Agile Coach from December 2013 to March 2018, facilitating agile workshops, guiding teams on agile practices, and fostering successful delivery and continuous improvement. Additionally, they worked as a Business Analyst from June 2012 to May 2014 at Flux IT, analyzing customer needs and translating them into technical specifications.

Earlier in their career, Agustina worked as a .NET Developer at Starcom from April 2011 to February 2012, and as a Java Developer at Certant from July 2009 to February 2011.

Agustina Bazzano completed their education from 2004 to 2012 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they obtained a degree in Computer Software Engineering with a focus on Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2021, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) through the Scrum Alliance. Agustina further expanded their agile skills by obtaining the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification in September 2022. In February 2023, Agustina obtained the Certified Agile Leadership for Teams (CAL-T) certification and the Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) certification, both from the Scrum Alliance. Lastly, in April 2023, they earned a Product Analytics Certification from Pendo.io.
