Amelia is currently working at Mural as a Principal Strategic Customer Success Manager, responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing management of Mural's largest and most strategic customers. Prior to this, Amelia worked at InVision as a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, where they oversaw the deployment and management of key customers. Before joining InVision, they worked at Enboarder, where they focused on sales and strategy, engaging with new clients and expanding ongoing relationships. Amelia also has experience as a Director of Customer Success at hiq, where they led the customer success function and troubleshooted SLA issues, and as a Director of Client Strategy at Bayard Advertising, where they contributed to new business development and account management. Amelia began their professional career at ARAMARK as a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Amelia Jones has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Dance Education from The University of the Arts. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Luma Practitioner from LUMA Institute in August 2021, SHRM - Certified Professional from SHRM in July 2015, and PHR from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2010.
