Michel Pigassou

Michel Pigassou has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and product growth. Michel currently holds the position of Director of Engineering for Product Growth & Monetization at MURAL since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Zendesk from 2016 to 2020, where they held the roles of Engineering Manager and Engineering Technical Lead & Staff Engineer. At Zendesk, they managed teams and was responsible for the development and operationalization of Custom Objects, a scalable database service. Michel also played a key role in the switch to different technologies and ensuring compliance. Before Zendesk, Michel was the Head of Engineering at Fidzup from 2010 to 2014, where they co-founded the company and led teams in backend and frontend development, as well as hardware innovation.

Michel Pigassou has a Master's degree in Management Information Systems, General from CY Tech. Michel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IAE Pau-Bayonne.
