Sebastian D'Amore

Sebastian D'Amore has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sebastian is currently working as a Product Design Manager at MURAL since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Sr. Product Designer at MURAL from August 2015 to February 2022. Sebastian also worked as a Visiting Professor at Universidad Blas Pascal starting in April 2022. Sebastian has been actively involved with the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF), where they served as a Country Manager in Argentina and coordinated different chapters to promote UX practices and grow the network. Sebastian has also been a Local Leader of IDF Buenos Aires since July 2014, organizing events and sharing knowledge. In addition, they have freelanced as a Designer since January 2008, working on various digital and branding projects. Sebastian has also held roles as an Ayudante de primera Ad-honorem at Universidad de Buenos Aires, a UX Mentor at Acámica, a UX Specialist at Digital House Argentina, an Interaction Designer at BairesDev, a UX UI Designer at Indicius, and a UX UI Designer at W3 Comunicacion. In these roles, Sebastian has gained experience in UX/UI design, front-end development, and project management, working with a variety of clients and industries.

Sebastian D'Amore began their education in 2004 at the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied for four years, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. In 2010, they enrolled in the Universidad Nacional de Lanús and completed a bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communication between 2010 and 2013. Sebastian then pursued additional education in design and received a UX Designer certification from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2016. In 2014, Sebastian also completed a course in Art Direction at Brother Escuela de Creativos focusing on advertising. In 2013, they undertook a web programming program at EducacionIT, which further enhanced their skills in design and visual communication. Sebastian's educational journey also includes certifications such as a Certificate of Membership from the Interaction Design Foundation. Additionally, they attended a workshop on Lean Startup and Design Thinking offered by Startups University. There are two additional entries in their education history from Cideso and Startups University, but no specific start or end years are provided.
