Willis Kirkham

Willis Kirkham has extensive work experience as a software engineer. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Coconut Software, where they served as a Tech Lead for a large React and API design project, guiding a team of 4 developers through planning and design discussions. Willis also drove enhancements to the authentication system of a multi-tenant SaaS app for the largest financial institutions in North America, acting as Tech Lead for 10 internal stakeholders. Additionally, at Coconut Software, they built two React tools to automate manual tasks, saving significant developer hours every year, and successfully onboarded junior and senior developers in a fully remote setting. In 2022, Willis joined Mural as a Senior Software Engineer.

Willis Kirkham attended the University of Saskatchewan from 2016 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
