Dan Cowan

Dan Cowan has a diverse work experience, with their most recent position being the Head of People & Culture (Operations) at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute (MCRI) since May 2023. Dan previously served as the People & Culture Manager at MCRI from January 2021 to May 2023. Before that, they worked as a People & Culture Business Partner at MCRI from September 2016 to December 2020. Prior to joining MCRI, Dan had roles such as HR Advisor at MCRI from September 2014 to September 2016, and HR Coordinator at MCRI from August 2013 to September 2014. Dan also worked as a Consultant at IBM for the Westpac account from August 2010 to April 2013. Before joining IBM, Dan worked as a Business School Mentor at the University of Ballarat from 2009 to 2011.

Dan Cowan attended St Patricks College Ballarat from 2003 to 2008. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Management in Human Resource Management at Federation University Australia from 2009 to 2011.
