Barbara Ireland, FACMPE, currently serves as the Pediatrics Practice Administrator at Murfreesboro Medical Clinic & SurgiCenter, where responsibilities include fostering adaptability, enhancing productivity, and promoting effective communication among teams. Prior experience includes serving as Practice Manager II at CommonSpirit Health, where Barbara led a team through dispute resolution and improved efficiency. As Corporate Billing Manager at Southeastern Retina Associates, Barbara optimized the revenue system and developed a cohesive billing team. Barbara’s background as Medical Practice Manager at Interventional Spine and Pain Center involved enhancing accounting processes and implementing data-driven decision-making. Additionally, Barbara co-founded and directed the Rutherford Tutorial Academy, a college preparatory institution for home-schooled students, overseeing daily operations and developing the academy from the ground up.
