Randolph Wilkerson Sr.

Randolph Wilkerson Sr. has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on talent management, strategic planning, training, and employee engagement. Randolph has served in various leadership positions, including Human Resources Director at the City of Murfreesboro, where they drove HR functions and initiatives. Prior to this, they were the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the same organization, where they led strategic planning, cultural development, performance management, and benefits administration.
