Diana Baber is currently the COO at Murphy-Harpst Children's Centers Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Corporate Security & Safety at EarthLink, Inc. from January 2002 to December 2007. In this role, Diana developed, implemented, and managed all aspects of EarthLink's health, safety, security, and environment program. Diana was also recognized as EarthLink's "core competency" in these areas and was responsible for consolidating contract security enterprise-wide with an annual reduction of $2 million (2004).
In 2007, Diana developed and implemented the Field Safety Program which included training for wireless installers and remote field employees. In 2006, they developed the Travel Security and Safety Program for international and domestic travelers. Diana has also demonstrated leadership as a founding member of the Investigations Committee and EarthLink Cares; company leader in corporate giving efforts (Hands on Atlanta, AIDS Walk, etc); and EarthLink's liaison with Midtown Alliance.
From January 1990 to December 1999, Diana served as Operations Manager at PTC, Inc. In April 2008, they became the Director of Risk Management, Safety, Quality Improvement at Hillside, Inc. where they served until June 2017.
Diana Baber has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Averett University.
