Phil Kearney

Phil Kearney is a prominent legal professional currently serving as a Shareholder at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney since September 2019. Kearney also holds the position of Assistant United States Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office since 2003, specializing in the Special Prosecution and National Security Unit and acting as the Digital Currency Coordinator. Additionally, Kearney has chaired the NDCA Digital Currency Crimes Task Force. Previous experience includes serving as a Trial Attorney with the United Nations for the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and as an International Prosecutor for the United Nations Mission in Kosovo.
