Jodie L. Driscoll, a partner, is an accomplished real estate lawyer who guides clients through the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing and development of commercial properties. She also regularly represents borrowers in tax-exempt bond transactions.

Known for applying a combination of legal knowledge, drive and experience to every matter, Jodie represents a cross-section of clients including long-term care facilities, commercial real estate owners, tax-exempt organizations, community banks, municipalities and public utilities.

Jodie’s familiarity with the Connecticut commercial real estate market is vital to clients seeking to buy and sell property, embark on construction projects or fund transactions. In addition to negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, preparing conveyance documents and reviewing due diligence materials, she regularly helps clients obtain financing for their acquisitions. She brings deep experience in conventional lending, refinancing, tax-exempt bonds, HUD loans and lines of credit. Since 2019, she has helped borrowers and lenders close deals valued at more than $200 million through various loan structures.

A mother of two sports-loving boys, Jodie is an active volunteer in her hometown of Monroe, Connecticut, and in her children’s schools. When not attending the boys’ hockey, baseball, basketball or soccer games, she enjoys baking, entertaining and reading.
