Raymond Deng currently serves as Partnership Assurance Manager at MUSA Technology Partners, LLC, focusing on enhancing client relationships and advising on technology within life sciences. With prior experience as a Service Desk Engineer, Raymond provided top-tier support aligned with service level agreements across the U.S. Previously, Raymond worked at BrightBird IT as an IT Support Analyst, managing customer support for over 100 clients and implementing innovative IT solutions for biotechnology and pharmaceutical clients. Raymond also held roles at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies, UC San Diego Bookstore, and in research, contributing to projects related to autism spectrum disorder.
