TiEisha Scott - PMP has a long and varied work experience. TiEisha began their career in 2004 as an Office Manager at the U.S. Department of State. In this role, they were responsible for answering phone calls, receiving visitors, recording messages, and directing incoming calls to an appropriate staff member. TiEisha also arranged meetings and took meeting notes, as well as drafted official meeting minutes for staff. In 2006, TiEisha moved to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Personnel Security Assistant, where they were responsible for pulling credit reports, PIPS, and JPAS for verification of financial and investigative status. TiEisha also initiated standard Contract Suitability Screening Request Forms by entering them into the Personnel Security Activities Management System (PSAM's) database. In 2008, TiEisha joined the FBI as a Management Analyst. In 2009, they joined the U.S. Department of Justice as a Computer Specialist, where they answered phone calls, received visitors, recorded messages, and drafted official meeting notes/minutes every Monday. In 2020, TiEisha joined Muscogee International, LLC as a Program Manager/Alternate Facility Security Officer. In this role, they are assisting with the management and growth of multiple IDIQ State Department contracts with a combined ceiling value of $250m, while effectively managing 93 tasks with 207 people and 4 subcontractors. TiEisha is also maintaining security records for 200 personnel.

TiEisha Scott - PMP has a degree in Criminal Justice from Prince George's Community College, which they obtained between 2001 and 2007. TiEisha has also obtained three additional certifications: Security Plus from CompTIA in August 2021, and two Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications from the Project Management Institute in August 2021.
