Michelle Hantman

Michelle Hantman is a seasoned professional in quality engineering with extensive experience in the medical technology sector. Since September 2014, Michelle has progressed through various roles at MTF Biologics, culminating in the position of Manager, Quality Engineering. Prior to this, Michelle worked as a Clinical Project Associate at Canfield Scientific, where responsibilities included supporting project teams, performing quality control checks, and maintaining study documents. Additional experience includes a NMS Co-op position at Ethicon Endo-Surgery, focusing on compliance documentation and clinical trial product preparation, as well as a Process Engineer Co-op at Zimmer TMT, where Michelle was involved in validation processes and project assistance. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
