Tim Shupe

Tim Shupe, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Sales for the U.S. West at MTF Biologics, overseeing 22 states and managing revenue exceeding $160M, alongside nine direct reports and over 150 sales and marketing representatives. With a background that includes roles such as Western U.S. Division Sales Manager at MTF, Senior Sales Consultant at Synthes, and National Sales Manager at Money Principal Group, Tim has extensive experience in the medical and financial sectors. Tim's earlier positions include a Practical Nurse in the U.S. Army and various sales roles in medical and billing services. Tim holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Governors University, complemented by vocational training in nursing from the AMEDD Academy of Health Sciences.
