Susanne Toepfer

Susanne Toepfer is a Curator Responsible for the Papyrus Collection at Museo Egizio. Susanne has a PhD in Egyptology from Heidelberg University and also holds a Magister in Egyptology/Classical Archaeology/History of Art from Leipzig University. Susanne has worked as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Heidelberg and as a Research Fellow at the Cluster of Excellence "Asia and Europe in a Global Context" before taking on their current roles as a Lecturer at Università di Pisa. Susanne also has experience as a Museum Assistant at Leipzig University and as a Research Assistant at Bonn University. Additionally, Susanne is a guest student in Egyptology at The University of Göttingen.
