Naiara R. Arrillaga

Naiara R. Arrillaga is a co-founder at MICE Wave, focusing on sustainable event design and organization since April 2022. In parallel, Naiara co-founded GenÉthico, which offers marketing consulting rooted in business ethics and sustainable development. Naiara has extensive experience as an event producer for the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA) and served as a lecturer in sustainable tourism at CETT_UB. Previous roles include business development at Digivents, event manager assistant at Grupo Eventoplus, and various positions in event organization and project management.
