Chiara Barlow

Registration Administrator, Outgoing Loans at MUSEUM ASSOCIATES

Chiara Barlow has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Chiara started in 2012 with internships at Warner Bros. Records and Glassnote Entertainment Group, where they gained experience in the art department and design. In 2015, they interned as an art intern with Caroline Woolard. Chiara then worked as an animation teacher at The Little Animation Studio from 2017 to 2018. In 2019, they became a gallery assistant at Grice Bench, where they worked until 2022. During this time, they also worked as a freelance illustrator for Jeffrey Campbell, creating a promotional storybook. Chiara later joined Margaret Honda Studio as a studio assistant from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a registration administrator at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), managing both outgoing and incoming loans.

Chiara Barlow completed their education at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Prior to that, they attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Fashion/Apparel Design.
