Cameran Mason serves as the Chief External Relations Officer at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, since July 2018, where responsibilities expanded from Chief Development Officer to overseeing the museum's visibility and philanthropic support, achieving significant milestones including securing the largest gift in MFA history and raising $40 million in emergency funding during the Covid-19 closure. Prior to the MFA, Cameran held the role of Vice President for Resources and Public Affairs at Wellesley College, leading a successful $500 million campaign and enhancing the college's reputation through strategic efforts. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President for Development and Alumnae Affairs at Barnard College, where the first 8-figure gift was secured, and as Assistant Vice President for Development at Fordham University. Academic credentials include a B.A. in Economics and History from Wellesley College, an MPA in Economics from Princeton University, and an ongoing Master's in Art History at Kingston University.
