Davide Avanzo

Davide Avanzo is an accomplished fundraising and development professional with extensive experience in the museum sector. Currently serving as Senior Development Manager at the Museum of London since July 2019, Davide has held multiple leadership roles including Fundraising and Campaign Delivery Manager and Interim Head of Fundraising Delivery. Prior to this position, Davide worked as Development Administrator at The Postal Museum, managing membership schemes and implementing fundraising strategies. With a background in visitor experience management and a strong track record in income generation, Davide has successfully led teams to achieve significant fundraising targets and enhance visitor engagement. Davide holds a postgraduate specialisation degree in Governance of Territorial Touristic Resources from Università degli Studi di Padova, alongside an undergraduate degree in Science and Skills in Cultural Tourism from Università degli Studi di Udine.
